Samsung unveiled its latest model Galaxy S8 and S8 plus after a disaster of the previous set but the fact is that these latest models also comes along with the issue of a red-tinted screen.
The Samsung galaxy S8 and S8 plus is making its way towards the customer hands and users were waiting for these devices for a long time after the disaster happened to the Galaxy Note 7 but this phone has already problems.
The company claims that this device is the most advanced android device available in the world as the screen size and display is attractive towards the customer but the early reports of users said this device screen suffering from the red tinting problem.
However, Samsung has acknowledged the problem of a red screen and featured that this is a natural part of the adaptive display and advise users to change the settings of the display from the phone setting and change the display as it is the latest feature.
But the fact is that it seems like that this is an issue of the device as the firm claims that they are releasing the actual software update for the red tinted screen.
At the early stage of the problem, the firm claimed that this display was the natural part of the android device but with the enhancement of complaints about the red screen the firm take it seriously and added they were launch software update next week to fix the issue.
The Korean company manufacturers’ added that this is not the issue of the phone but some of the Galaxy S8 users complaint and disappointed with the red screen and we will satisfy all the clients with the software update that will fix the problem!
Let the user wait for the latest update from the firm towards red tinted display but the actual fact is that this new device becomes the best android phone of this year as they remove the traditional home button from the phone and attach the expensive large Quad-HD display screen.
